CRM & Vendor Administrator (Hubspot)

**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the setup and maintenance of **HubSpot CRM** systems to support sales, marketing, and operations teams.
- Customize CRM platforms to meet organizational needs, ensuring seamless integration with other business systems and tools.
- Provide training on HubSpot CRM best practices, driving user adoption and efficiency.
- Maintain an up-to-date contact list for existing vendors and suppliers.
- Source, coordinate, and manage new service providers and maintain a comprehensive database of vendors and services.
- Provide backup support for security operations as needed.
- Perform various other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**:
- **Thai nationality.**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- **Strong written and verbal communication skills in English** (TOEIC 600+).
**Skills**:
- Proficiency in **HubSpot /Salesforce CRM**, with proven experience in customization and administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and informed decision-making.
- Project management abilities to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- CRM certification is a plus.
Pay: ฿30,000.00 - ฿35,000.00 per month
