**Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the central point of contact for administrative tasks within the Customer Success team.

**Primary Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Support**:

- Act as the central point of contact for administrative tasks within the Customer Success team.
- Pull and distribute quarterly renewal data to Customer Success Managers (CSMs) based on their portfolios.
- Create and manage invoices for customer subscriptions and store them accurately in the CRM system.
- Implement and manage customer subscriptions in the internal system.

**Data and CRM Management**:

- Ensure the CRM system is up-to-date with accurate subscription and invoice information.
- Maintain organized records of customer accounts and renewals.

**Secondary Responsibilities**:
**Customer Support**:

- Respond to customer inquiries in Thai and English, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Collaborate with the development team by reporting issues, tracking their status, and following up to ensure resolution.

**Customer Experience Enhancement**:

- Proactively work to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Identify trends in customer feedback to recommend improvements to processes and systems.

**Requirements**:

- 1 year of customer support experience or admin experience
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficient in English (both spoken and written); proficiency in Thai would be a strong advantage.
- Customer-centric mindset
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to present and solve customers’ problems together with other teams
- Ability to work under pressure with limited supervision
