**1. HR field**
- Update the company policy according to the situation
- Set and update the regulation about absence or delay
- Set and update the regulation about the salary or bonus
- Plan the strategy for preventing resignations
- Proceed the recruitment process

**2. Admin field**
- Check and manage the contract
- Arrange the office equipment
- Manage the cars for product transportation
- Other tasks as assigned

คุณสมบัติ

- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 25 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- At least 3 years experience in overall HR&Admin tasks
- Experience in manage or update the regulation for evaluation)
- Experience in recruitment process
- Conversational middle level of English (Communicate with Japanese)
- Person who is willing to do various tasks as admin

- Experience in Japanese company

**Language Skill**

**English level : Conversational**

**Japanese level : None**

**Workplace Area: BTS Phloen Chit**

**Working Hour: 9:00-17:30(Mon-Fri
)**
