They are looking for people who are ambitious, dynamic, reliable to join their team as following position.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist HR Manager on overall HR functions
- Responsible for overall general affairs and admin operation
- Ensure accuracy of employees’ expense reimbursement
- General monthly HR report and data analysis
- Develop performance appraisal system
- Handle basic employee training
- Handle employee communication activities to ensure employees from different sites receive the same message from head office
- Handle employee relation issues

**Experience requirements**:

- 5 -7 years of experiences in HR & GA functions
- Able to handle performance appraisal system, basic employee training, employee relations and communication, general affairs and admin tasks
- Knowledgeable about income tax, SSF, PVF, labor laws, HR regulations
- Multi-tasking, organization, time management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills

**Education requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, and related fields
