- ** Job Description**:

- Manage and monitor overall internal HR & Admin functions including Recruitment, Training, Payroll, Employee Relation, Welfare, Laws and Regulations, BOI and contact Government Office
- Initiate and enforce human resources and/or company policies, procedures, rules and regulations for subsidiaries
- Assess training needs and create relevant training and development programs in alignment with the business objectives
- Prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.)
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.) and take minutes
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
- Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
- Prepares budget of human resources operations
- ** Requirement**:

- 【Must】
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management or related field
- Knowledge of Labor Law is a must
- 7+ years of experience in HR functions
- Fluent in English
