【Main Duty】
・Perform general back office and some sales assistant tasks at a startup company
・Up until now, the Japanese head office has handled human resources, but from now on it will be handled in Thailand
※This is the first time have hired a back office position in Thailand Branch.
※WFH 2-4 times a week
【Job Description】
・Labor affairs
・Management of labor affairs, handling of salaries, procedures for social insurance, etc.
Support for expatriates from Japan
・Operation, improvement, and establishment of various personnel systems
・Recruitment / Training
Scheduling interviews, conducting interviews
Company orientation and explanation of culture upon joining
Operation of training for existing members
General Affairs / Service Desk
Contract management and operation of offices
Arrangement and procurement of equipment and supplies
Employee support
・Accounting
Handling of expense claims for employees
Management, filing of invoices, and receipts
・Sales Assistant
・First-call response for web marketing leads
・Conducting demonstrations
・Inquiry support/POC support for ongoing projects (mainly inside sales support)
・Other inside sales support
※ Primarily, activities will be prioritized based on admin tasks.
