HR & Admin Executive (Bangna)

As an HR & Admin Executive specializing in logistics, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations by managing human resources functions and overseeing administrative activities.
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Administer employee benefits programs and address inquiries related to compensation, benefits, and HR policies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs to promote employee engagement and retention.
- Handle employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Oversee administrative functions such as office maintenance, procurement of supplies, and vendor management.
**Qualifications**:
- 5 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in the logistics industry.
- Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proactive problem solver with a customer-centric approach.
- Good command of English language.
