**What will you do**

**The scope of key responsibilities includes**:
CVS Customer development manager is responsible for maximize sales, profitability and 5P's in-store execution for his/her specific key sales of CVS account. To Build Strong relationship with customer in order to strengthen business result to achieved as company target. To manage overall business plan as strategy, in-store execution, leading cross functional to complete as account plan

**Essential duties and responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategies to ensure business opportunities are maximized for optimum profitability
- Deliver Account sales target by ensuring the right plans with good In-store execution.
- Manage customer spending within the given budget both absolute Baht and percentage.
- Follow demand planning process and improve the forecast accuracy on a monthly basis.
- Ensure Best in class Perfect store execution through display with good visibility.
- Assess customer strategies & performances and competitor trends & behaviors to identify business opportunities
- Follow company regulations and all implemented standard system
- Other responsibilities as per Company assigned

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration or any related field
- Excellent negotiation & communication skill
- Well organized and good in planning
- Result oriented and proactive
- Entrepreneurial understanding
- Strategic thinker
- Good interpersonal skill, open minded, energetic and proactive
- Confident, competitive, yet a team player
- Goal oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently, but within a team environment
- Good command of both English & Thai in speaking, reading, and writing
- Computer proficiency (MS words, excel, PowerPoint)
