**JOB OVERVIEW**:
IR/ER Manager and HRBP plays a crucial role in maintaining positive employer-employee relationships and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. This position involves handling employee grievances, managing disputes, and fostering a healthy work environment.
**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Lead Employee Relations Expertise to the business maintaining good relations and recommends initiatives to improve relationships between management and employees.
- Take a holistic view to Employee engagement by looking at all potential areas of employee interaction such as health & Well-being, diversity & inclusion, office environment, award schemes, company event activities. Collaborate with the HR team to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results.
- To establishing annual company plan of each year to promote & increase employee engagement level of the organization through Employee Relations & activities and ensure all action plans set are driven & followed through by agreed team leaders / team members within the agreed budget & on time in full.
- To design & run a simple yearly measurement/assessment such as a quick survey or poll to check for a level of awareness & satisfaction and to receive feedback from the employees for improvement actions.
- To do a quarterly & annually update on all ER & Recognition Program activities run with full records of participants & their feedback for future improvement plan.
- To initiate and implement an effective communication program to strengthen employee. relationships between employees and company.
- To organize and coordinate with concerned departments to provide employee activities and company events to create good morale and good relationship between employees and the company as well as promoting employee engagement.
- To execute disciplinary procedures in compliance with policies and regulations and advises line managers on dealing with employee grievances (complaints, issues, concerns) and Code of Conduct issues (e.g., disciplinary actions, suspensions).
- To leverage strong working relationships with the employee to maintain good relationship.
- To perform other duties or specific developmental projects as assigned.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years experiences in IR/ER (Industrial Relations and Employee Relations) with proven record with CBA (Collective Bargaining Agreement) and Union Management.
- Good communication in both Thai and English.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Strong project management skills.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Curious learner.
