Knowledge in labor laws is required
Minimum 3 years of experience in employee relations function
Hands-on experience in SAP HR, other HR Info system
Good labor law knowledge
Negociation and communication skill
**A DAY IN THE LIFE...**:
- To build and strengthen the deployment of the continuous improvement in our relations with the employees, management and community as a fundamental competitive advantage of the company through various program.
- Employee Relations - Implement employee relations strategy with a Nestlé in the Market approach. Manage any employee relations activities. Prepare and analyst reports send to government offices and all parties internally. Coordinate and support any activities related to industrial relations, unions, labour court, etc. Arrange an election and support the operation of Welfare Commitees. Organize HO events for example: New Year Party, Songkran Day, Long Service Award Ceremony. Ensure and evaluate effectiveness of aforementioned communiction & activities High Five card, Long Service, Uniforms, Shirts, Souvenir for company events and other ER activities.
- Safety and Wellness - NCBP - Using CARE as one of the main tools to ensure social compliance across Nestlé activities and to ensure that the market is compliant with the Corporate Business Principles, the relevant labour international commitments as well as local laws and regulations. Coordinate with safety committee and implement activities with support from ER Manager. Coordinate & promote Sports & wellness activities for HO and corperate. Promote knowledge and common understanding of the Nestlé Corporate Business Principles, the Nestlé Code of Business Conduct and the Nestlé Employee Relations Policy with the objective that each employee becomes an ambassador of Nestlé Culture, Values and Principles.
- Employee Grievance - Support ER manager to handle grievance. Record, maintain, and provide report for grievance case properly.
- Disciplinary Actions - Support ER Manager, HRBP on disciplinary actions in consultation with Legal Dept. Prepare minutes and draft warning letters, circulate and coordinate to all concerned parties for actions.
- ER & EC Cost Effeciency - Prepare ER & EC budget, maintain and record expenses, proceed payment with F&C. Manage and coordinate with vendors and legal consultant on the cost elements with support from procurement.
- Special Projects - Implement and coordinate special projects according to strategy and objectives accomplishment; for example, NCE, 5S, BB SHE, High Five card, Healthcare program, and Employee Volunteering Program etc.
