Customer Service and Sales Assistant

**Main Purpose of the Role**
Deliver quality services to customers, ensure that the services are delivered timely and precisely according to the customer’s business needs and specifications while meeting the company’s quality standards.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Have a broad understanding of company policy and procedure as relates to Customer Service and Customer conflict resolution.
- Coordinate with customers and other related functions, both internal and external parties in proper manner with the correct information.
- Responsible for day-to-day activities of customer accounts to ensure that product deliveries are on time.
- Prepare sales orders, quotation, invoicing, and other documents related to sales conditions. Be one of the Customer’s key contacts for customer order management.
- Process order in SAP system.
- Coordinate with customers and sales representatives, labs in order to clear borrowing products and consignment stock at customer site (if any).
- Issue credit note and ensure warehouse restore products to inventory system.
- Coordinate and work with service provider (3PL) for product delivery and product return based on KPIs.
- Monitoring POD return, record and submit to Finance department timely basis.
- Monitoring back order based on KPI’s.
- Special tasks or project as assigned by Manager.
**Qualification**
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- MS Office proficient especially MS-Excel. Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
- Good skills of communication, coordination, work prioritization and problem solving.
- Good command in English.
- High responsibility, ability to work under pressure and reach set deadlines.
- Attention to detail.
