**Job Duties**:

- Manage the Order Processing including communication with suppliers/customers/sales.
- Coordinate with supply/warehouse for goods smoothly delivery.
- Coordinate with customer booking for delivery.
- Handle E-Invoice in customer system for Modern trade customers.
- Good at data analysis and report issue such as weekly sales report, order summary report etc.
- Handle upgrade inquiries and complaints from customers in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintain good relationship with external and internal customers and colleagues.
- Coordinate with yearly audit job as the team contact window.
- Good at workflow management and optimize the process to maximize the job efficiency.
- Good at communication to balance the teamwork and inspire the teammate.
- Establish and maintain good relationship with distributor.
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelors or University Degree required.
- 1-3 years of Customer Service experience.
- System control skills
