Customer Service Officer

**MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Customer service support for After sales Tools & parts to ensure smooth deliveries and excellent customer experience / satisfaction.
- Preparation of documents for export by air or sea
- Communication of shipment information to clients
- Assist customers with their shipment follow up
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Coordination with Sales Operations, After Sales, Clients, Warehouse & Logistics departments to organize deliveries
**QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics/international business or related field
- 1-3 years of experiences in business operations
- Excellent Command of spoken & written English.
- Excellent computer skill (Microsoft - Excel & Words).
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
