DepartmentOperations- LevelExperienced (Team Lead)- LocationThailand - BangkokThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
- Lead and drive customer service team
- Strategic planning, managing KPI and drive team performance and development plan
- Analyze root cause and develop the action plan.
- Manage, train and coach teams and ensure that their performance met established monitoring standards
- Ensure smooth running of daily processes to meet service level agreement
- Prepares team performance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in any related fields.
- Has strong in analytical, and problem-solving. Good management and communication skills.
- 3+ years of working experience in managing customer service team
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Good service mind with the ability to handle customer's complaint and inquiry
- Strong leadership ability and demonstrated ability to develop team
