**1. Acquiring new publishers using multiple approaches. Effectively and strategically present advertising opportunities to Publisher clients. This includes advertising opportunities that the Publisher partner is not currently taking advantage of.**
**2. Actively manage the relationship with existing publisher partners on the network so that their performance benchmarks and expectations are met**
**3. Ensure to meet revenue target through optimizing, tracking, analyzing advertising performance and making suggestions to publishers to improve performance**:
