**What You Will Do**

The position is responsible for:

- provides customer service leadership for Thailand retail business that includes order fulfillment, customer supply chain collaboration, customer connect & implant program, joint demand forecast with key account and other related activities that includes growth/support commercial and supply chain project.
- reporting to the Associate Director - Supply Chain, the individual will work cross-functionally to develop and execute the customer connect program to maximizes customer service at an optimal cost-to-serve.
- manage and develop a team of customer service and implant, work internal with supply chain, commercial and external with customer.
- Key Responsibilities

- Act as a single point of contact for customer connect & customer service to Thailand retail channel organization.
- Ensure best-in-class service delivery for key accounts across the entire value chain.
- Serve as the SME for Customer Service to strengthen the customer service process.
- Become the SPOC for any operational issues and provide solutions within the customer service scope.
- Work closely with 3PL - customer service to develop and improve service levels.
- Facilitate and support the flawless execution of customer connect, working closely both internally and externally as the customer connect lead.
- Contribute to strategic and business planning and develop strategic change initiatives and operational strategies to solve customer connect problems.
- Promote and support company Credo values, mission, policy & procedure, and standards of ethics and integrity.

**Qualifications**:
**What We Are Looking For**

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required plus at least 10 years of relevant experience.
- Technical expertise - Must have customer connect/service management experience, preferably in Cosmetic, Toiletries, Healthcare & Pharmaceutical industry.
- Able to manage complexity, be prepared to get involved with technical issues at a detailed level.
- Have strong problem-solving & decision-making skills and show the ability to drive issues to quick resolutions.
- Desired Qualifications
- Collaborative leadership - Have very strong interpersonal and partnering skills; yet ability to command authority and influence issue resolution; or build consensus in achieving desired results and objectives.
- Business acumen - Good appreciation of business & financial principles and ability to translate commercial and customer strategies into supply chain operating goals.
- Matrix organization - Know how to maneuver in a matrix organization, i.e. how to optimize resources and knowledge, partnering with cross-functional peers and local/regional team to deliver results.
- Analytic skills and problem Solving - Meticulous and strong with numbers. Ability to convert insights from data analysis into diagnostic and solution.
- Communication skills - Effective verbal and written communication skills, including excellent presentation skills.
- Can communicate with people from multiple organizations at multiple levels and can provide strategic/tactical guidance in a collaborative, consultative, and positive manner.
- Enterprise IT knowledge - User-knowledge in SAP, APO, and Business Warehouse with a strong inclination towards IT adaptation to drive productivity and operational excellence.
