**Your Job**:
The role is accountable to lead the Customer Service & Logistics (CS&L) team and define functional strategies and priorities in the CS&L area; lead and provide direction toward developing excellence in CS&L processes; build organizational capability; organize and manage all activities of the CS&L function.

The role will have end to end responsibility - right from demand assessment, manage supply interfaces, customer service touchpoints to deliver superior customer service, minimize inventory in the system and replenishment of finished goods to delivery to customers to ensure highest customer satisfaction both internally and externally at lowest possible cost and best in class Cash.
- Standardize, stabilize and sustain gold standard S&OP / IBP
- Build strong customer relationships with key customers and support joint business planning
- Drive Complexity exercise through SKU rationalization and supporting sourcing study
- Drive continuous improvement in terms of inventory by implementation segmentation
- Deliver Net productivity YOY in Cost & Cash
- Build strong E2E Supply chain capability in the team

**Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities**:
**Customer service to customers**:

- Prepare country CS&L roadmaps according to country strategies to ensure best possible business support.
- Deliver against country revenue and volume targets by focusing on CS&L specific targets (ensure product availability at the right time, in the right quantity at lowest possible cost)
- Keep CS&L cost and inventories low (influence on Cash flow)
- Flawlessly execute against New Product Development (NPD) and Product changes
- Establish and track KPI’s (SFA, BIAS, OTIF/ CFR, DIOH, Logistics Cost/Case)
- Identify new trends and opportunities to adapt our supply chain and support business growth with our customer
- Build collaborative relationships with our customers. Work with Sales and customers to build K-C business
- Good working relationship with our vendors/3PLs to ensure that our business needs & objectives, and K-C global expectation & standards are met

**Demand & Replenishment**:

- Partner with Sales, CP&A & Marketing to create deliverable plans & alignment with Finance
- Drive the Demand Planning drumbeat of the Integrated Business Planning process (IBP)
- Drive system adoption with demand planners to improve forecast value add
- Ensure high accuracy of planned Demand and manage FG inventories
- Drive visibility and actions for (high or low inventory level) to the commercial team
- Lead the demand control process to align with Supply Planning on the conversion of the Demand Plan into a replenishment plan that will deliver the agreed Case Fill Rate deploying the lowest possible inventory and minimize the risk of materials and goods write-off.
- Responsible for analysis, recommendation and, to drive;
- Inventory, demand and possible volume trends to Supply Planning
- Track Sales phasing to forecasts, and share RCAs on performance gaps
- Promotion effectiveness
