As we continue to expand our offerings and reach, we are seeking a talented QA Lead to join our dynamic team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test strategies to ensure the quality of our fintech products.
- Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to understand requirements and drive the QA process.
- Design, implement, and maintain automated test suites using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
- Perform manual testing as necessary, particularly for complex scenarios and edge cases.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software testing and quality assurance.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong proficiency in automation testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Deep understanding of fintech products, services, and industry regulations.
- Proven track record of leading successful QA initiatives and driving quality improvements.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with performance testing, security testing, and API testing is a plus.
