**Responsibilities**:

- 1) Managing the sellers in assigned portfolio to accelerate the short-term and long-term business growth2) Establishing a strong relationship with the sellers to understand their business and key success factors3) Developing strong analytics to evaluate the weekly and monthly seller's performance and provide insightful recommendations to ensure the sustainable growth4) Identifying new prospect segments through data-driven analysis of market trends and customer behavior5) Supporting the platform’s new initiatives, for example,offline event and collaborative campaign6) Building weekly marketing plan, determining which products/subcategories will be promoted on the website and through all marketing channels (newsletters, Facebook, and display etc.)

- 1) 0 - 3 years’ experience highly dedicated and eager to learn e-commerce.2) Able to deliver results under pressure and limited time.3) Fast learner and adaptable to change.
