Requirements:Qualifications: BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

- Minimum 8+ years of experience B2B sales management, with 5 years’ Key Account management experience is required. - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Admin, Commerce - Previous experience in packaging and/or food industries is desired with a background in development and delivery of strong team management skills - Strong Key Account Management skill/experience. - Highly knowledgeable on the food industry market in Thailand

Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities: - Accountable for Key Account Management in Thailand and supporting other countries if the customers have operation. - Managing the progress of business/sales projects, and deliverable of each project. - Lead the account managers to achieve the sales target
- Research and identify new business opportunities including, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services
- Generate leads and identify potential Strategic Account sales opportunities
- Gain business at target new account
- Understand the needs of customers and be able to response effectively with a plan how to meet these. - Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations. - Profitability / margin improvement programs - Tender preparation, analysis & support - Analyzing customer and competitor strategy
- Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop the business.
- Work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes. - Attend seminars, conferences, and events where appropriate.
