**Position**:Key Account Manager

**Location**:Bangkok/Near BTS and MRT

**Type of hiring**:Permanent

**Start Date**:ASAP

**Responsibilities**:

- Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
- Developing trust relationships with the portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition.
- Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.
- Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
- Ensuring the correct products and services are delivered to the customers in a timely manner.
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
- Resolving any issues and problems faced by customers and dealing with complaints to maintain trust.
- Preparing regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
- Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up including ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as up-sell and cross-sell potential within existing customers to maximize share of wallet.
- Playing an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.

**Qualifications**:

- 5 - 10 years experience in Project Sales/Key Account Management/Business Development with developing trust relationships with clients.
- Bachelor/Master's degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
- Have knowledge of Market Trends and Key Accounts Analysis skills in a similar industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good attitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
