- Department: Commercial- Location: Thailand- Team and Role Introduction:
**Responsibilities**:
- **Individual responsibility** - Establishing strong relations with Brands and supporting their performance, as their main contact point and ensuring ambitious revenue growth - Building Short term and Long term Branding & Marketing plan as same as commercial plan with brands to support brand growth in E-commerce business - Leading weekly and monthly performance review with sellers/brands to develop plans with sellers including portfolio planning, key assortment planning, campaign planning, and operation excellence
- Developing strong analytics to evaluate daily/weekly/monthly performance and optimizing further customer experience, marketing, best pricing and product selection for support brand growth - Suggesting promotions to Brand, Brand marketing services, organizing these campaigns to drive a successful result - Being in charge of the assortment development through building sales team priority plan to assist for effective execution
- Negotiate attractive prices on key/top selling products and ensure stock availability
- Work across business functions i.e. Marketing team, Campaign team to support brands for daily operation and revenue growth - Keep update on Market insight and customer insight for support category growth
- Knowledge Sharing and Coaching sellers on Customer insight, competitive pricing and Campaign preparation **Team responsibility** - Guide junior Kams
- Responsibility for total group company performance & management
**Job Requirements**
- Requirements/Qualifications(must have):
- Bachelor or Master Degree - At least 5-7+ years of working experiences in commercial/sales, preferably with strong background and insights on managing brands
- Fluency in English and Thai language - Computer literacy - good knowledge of using Excel, PowerPoint, etc. - Good communication and negotiation skills, result-oriented and able to problem solve as well as multi task well. Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to generate insights based on data analytics and translate complex concepts into actionable plans
- A resilient problem-solver with proven leadership qualities
- Work experience with leading brands will be a plus
