Senior CRM and Personalization Manager

Solid Data Led Marketing experience.
Proven record of work experience in CRM.
Experience in Retail and/or FMCG.
Key Responsibility.
Developing and implementing marketing techniques that will drive new customers.
Attracting new customers, retaining existing customers, and bringing back lapser and gone away by developing and driving CRM strategy.
Planning marketing strategy, and managing multi-channel marketing campaign.
Suggesting new method to address customers need and identifying market opportunity.
Leading an operational team to deliver channel excellence across DM, EM &TM and Coupon set-up.
Leveraging capabilities to drive step change in the use of automation and personalization across channels and coupons, via engagement and expertise of the team, and education/collaboration with wider stakeholders.
Developing and leading a high performing team, giving them opportunities to be their best.
Forecasting and managing my budgets effectively, always being cost conscious.
Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence.
Other assignments as deemed appropriate.
Qualifications.
Solid Data Led Marketing experience.
Proven record of work experience in CRM.
Experience in Retail and/or FMCG is a plus.
