**About Corporate Development & Investor Relations Team**:
The Corporate Development & Investor Relations team is a dynamic unit encompassing three key functions: Strategy, Business Development, and Global Partners. The Strategy function focuses on crafting and executing corporate strategic plans to drive company growth, enhance competitive positioning, and manage fundraising efforts by building relationships with investors, venture capitalists, and financial institutions. The BD function is in charge of acquiring strategic partnerships and managing Pomelo’s retail property portfolio while the Global Partner Management team oversees buying and marketing efforts with our global partners. Together, these functions work synergistically to advance the company’s growth and success.

**Responsibilities**
- Support the management of international partners by handling buying and merchandising tasks, including end-to-end order management and monitoring partner inventory.
- Responsible for the execution of order sheet creation and submission, work closely with cross functional teams to monitor the lead time and handover of the partner’s monthly orders.
- Work closely with cross functional teams to provide partners with Pomelo’s branding assets, marketing launch packs, and other materials related to collection and campaign launches both online and offline.
- Coordinate with Pomelo’s Visual Merchandising team to provide partners with weekly new arrivals launch packs and ensure the Pomelo. brand image is aligned in all aspects.
- Assist in data analysis of Pomelo’s franchisees sales performance and marketing initiatives to elevate the business.
- Consolidate daily updates of communication to all countries. Ensure that all updates are reported to the partner on a timely basis.

**Who are we looking for?**:
**Qualifications**
- University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related fields.
- 1-2 years of experience in Business Development, Key Account Management or Marketing is a plus.
- Strong analytical skill with the ability to interpret data sets.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Creative mindset with logical thinking process and passionate in fashion and business
- Good skill in tasks prioritization and manage the deliveries in a timely manner
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, G-Suite, or other analytical tools, is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills - fluent in English
