- Department: Customer Service- Location: Thailand- Team and Role Introduction
- Lazada Customer Care leverages on a suite of automation products, designed to provide an enhanced customer experience. To meet the increasing demands of daily operations for these customers self-service tools, there is a need for an Operations Associate to manage the operational aspects of products launched. This role works closely with other BAs, Developers, Testers, and Production Support through each stage of the product development life cycle. This job requires an experienced associate who can partner effectively with all levels of the organization, proactively identify and resolve problems.**Responsibilities**:
- Product functionality review, user feedback collection, and product improvement
- Planning daily operational and interactive activities
- Provide operational support
- Manage the venture's product backlog in close collaboration with the end user and Product Ops Manager
- Preparation of major campaigns and promotions support
- Supporting product launches
**Job Requirements**
- Over 3 years of experience
- Data-driven insights to achieve Customer Care goals
- Having experience with Automation, CRM, and Social listening tools and technical background and solution design will be an advantage
- Passion for driving technology improvement to improve business process
- Strong interest in Automation and CRM tools
- Proven experience in managing multiple stakeholders
- Solid understanding of software development life-cycle principles
- Bachelor’s degree with a focus on technical skills such as Com-Engineering, Com-Science, MIS, or a related field is preferred
