Performance Marketing, Senior Associate

**Pomelo** is the leading online fashion platform in South East Asia. Driven by technology and backed by fashion and technology investors from across the world, our mission is to digitize fashion retail through our unique omnichannel model.
Through digital content, livestream, in store experiences, social media and advertising campaigns, our team of international in house creatives constantly push boundaries to wow our customers.
As Performance Marketing Senior Associate, you will be a key part of the online marketing team comprising Performance marketing, Engagement and Affiliate marketing. You will be responsible for:
- Responsible for day-to-day operations of paid marketing channels and hands-on execution of performance campaigns on Facebook, Google Ads, Tik tok Ads and Ads Networks for all markets
- Ensure real-time optimisation including budget allocation across channels, platforms and countries in order to maximize spending efficiency.
- Monitor results daily with a focus on Acquisition quality and ROAS improvements and make actionable recommendations.
- Initiate Pomelo’s marketing strategy to generate both new customers and boost customer retention in order to meet company target & KPIs
- Strategize Ads concepts across all your channels and platforms and take a lead on creative and content team briefings
- Actively explore new marketing channels opportunities to drive traffic to Pomelo channels.
- Implement and champion a rigorous test-and-learn methodology to optimize performance across your owned channels.
- Partner with our Tech and Business Intelligence teams to test and adopt personalisation and automation where applicable into your performance Marketing channels for greater efficiency and automation.
- Translate complex channel data into easily understandable insights for other relevant teams and senior management, with clear digestible action points.
- Be creative and think out of the box to identify different initiatives that will improve user experience and maximize user activation.
**Who are we looking for?**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience in a Performance Marketing related role.
- Experience in Facebook, Google ads, Tik tok Ads and proficient in Excel.
- Creative thinker with a Data-driven mindset
- Experience in marketing or eCommerce and passionate about building customer experiences for the fashion customer
- Demonstrated ability to set priorities, problem-solve, multi-task and work independently in a dynamic, rapidly changing workplace
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and able to work effectively with a variety of functions and businesses
- Detail-oriented, proactive & organized, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- A team player through and through.
- Fluent in English
