The Regional Marketing team is responsible for in-app campaign planning, product marketing, partnerships and content strategy to drive acquisition and engagement. The Regional Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing, which involve tracking and measuring data to better reach our users. Our local marketing teams work closely with the regional teams to localise and adapt strategies to increase brand awareness and acquisition in each market. - In charge of all Ocha communication to parties outside Ocha team (both internal & external).
- Plan and create content for Ocha social media in all platforms (5-7 contents per week) to generate reach for Ocha brand and increase sales conversion.
- Plan out Ocha content and communication objective for each month.
- Create & design content including artwork, videos, texts.
- Execute the content in designated mediums (PN, FB, LINE, etc.)
- Evaluate and analyze own's content performance
- Identify areas of improvement in the buyer funnel and come up with initiatives to close the gap

**Requirements**:

- Experience in Marketing or Content creation (Brief artwork, create content to post on social media platforms)
- Detail-oriented
- Have a sense of ownership, Fast learner and willing to learn new things
- Able to adapt to any situation
- Familiar with the fast pace business environment
- Good team player
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Have experience in POS industry is a plus
