The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.
- Responsible for end to end package monetization from design, identifying targeted sellers, price setting, and process implementation for platform campaigns
- Act as a centralized function to govern and coordinate various teams and departments involved in monetization-related initiatives
- Initiate new strategy to maximize seller investment and optimize in-app assets to drive topline growth that align with platform direction
- Able to handle projects end-to-end from planning, execution and performance reporting
- Conduct market research and competitors insights on package bartering criteria to drive practical and actionable recommendations

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or above from accredited university
- 2 or more years of experience in e-commerce industry, management consulting, start up company or reputable management trainee program
- Ability to self-initiate and strategize by enabling data-driven decision-making with logical quantitative and qualitative back-up
- Strong data-analytical and problem solving skills, adaptive, comfortable with fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication (written, verbal, and presentation) in English and Thai
- High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
