The Regional Marketing team is responsible for in-app campaign planning, product marketing, partnerships and content strategy to drive acquisition and engagement. The Regional Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing, which involve tracking and measuring data to better reach our users. Our local marketing teams work closely with the regional teams to localise and adapt strategies to increase brand awareness and acquisition in each market. - Build long term trust relationships with brands and sellers, to best adopt and utilise Shopee Live features and initiatives
- Create, pitch and optimise livestream package to existing and prospective customers
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximise satisfaction
- Drive towards agreed GMV and monetize targets and outcomes, within timelines
- Coordinate with team members and cross-function departments e.g production team and visibility team
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
- Continuously improve through feedback

**Requirements**:

- Has prior and solid experience in Account and Project Management; least 2-4 years of experience in Key Account and Sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Prioritising, time management and organisational skills; highly organised and detail-oriented
- Logical thinking and strong problem solving skills
- Self-initiate and can-do attitude person
- Possess analytical and problem solving skills
- Professional English skills (reading / writing / listening / speaking)
