**Qualifications**:

- Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence, with the ability to empathise with others and build positive relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.

- Strong team leadership skills and ability to work within a diverse team.
- Capable of working under pressure and managing multiple incoming issues simultaneously.
- (Plus) Experience in HR, especially in Employee Engagement, will be considered favourably.
- (Plus) Experience or knowledge in labour laws regarding the employment of persons with disabilities will be considered favourably.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the overall platform relevant to the operations of the PWDs community.
- Support the smooth functioning and happiness of the PWDs community.
- Conduct company announcements and relevant information to the PWDs community.
- Design and organise activities to foster relationships and participation within the PWDs community.
- Lead quarterly community meetings to update the community on company matters.
- Manage details and procedures for hiring PWDs under section 35 within the Vulcan Hero community, from initiation to completion, including handling changes in PWD status.
- Coordinate with relevant agencies to track and deliver all documentation related to the hiring of PWDs under section 35, such as employment contracts, payment receipts, and tax certificates.
- Manage and gather any information required by partner companies related to all hired PWDs under section 35.
