**Roles & Responsibilities**
- **Develop implement and maintain HR Policies and initiate HR Strategy according to company’s direction and strategy. Develop, Implement and maintain all human resources policies relating to recruitment, promotions, transfers, personnel administration, industrial and employee relations.**:
- **Plan and monitor employee performance measurement system, setup training plans, organize internal and external training within the approved budget.**:
- **Interface with the company business and external training provider for the implementation of corporate training or training programs to meet the business needs where appropriate. Plan and assign work and establish performance and development goals for team members.**:
- **Employee relation: Conduct and monitor in effectively handling employee relation, foster a conducive and fair working environment through employee relations activities and communication including company activities e.g. Annual Party, Staff Meeting etc.**:
- **Support Procurement of HR and Admin Department**
**Organize the recruitment process and proceed to onboard process.**
- **Support and Handle payroll head counts for multiple companies. To provide advice on company benefits to employees.**:
- **Advice on the remuneration, benefits, and termination process based on Thai labor law.**:
- **Regularly review organizational effectiveness manpower and implement necessary actions to continually upgrade and align to the business strategy and immediate priorities to drive transformation / change with companywide alignment.**:
- **Strategically plan of talent acquisition and execute recruitment, hiring approaches to scale efficiencies of the teams.**:
- **Improvise the communication system efficiency. Ensure that confidentiality is maintained.**:
- **Provide advice and guidance to management team for any related HR issue. Provide mentoring, coaching and regular feedback to help manage conflict.**:
- **Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.**:
- **Nurture a positive working environment**:
- **Maintain pay plan and benefits program**:
- **Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management**:
- **Monitor salary and wage administration including the conducting of salary surveys on a regular basis to determine the position in the marketplace.**:
- **Ensure job descriptions and person specifications are developed and updated on a regular basis for all positions.**
**Qualifications**
- **Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields.**:
- **5-10 years at least of work experience.**:
- **Strong Planning and Organizational skills.**:
- **Strong Leadership skills, Positive Thinking, and Good Human Relations.**:
- **Strategic Presentation and Problem-solving skills.**:
- **Must be fluent in English both writing and speaking skills**:
