**Job Detail**:

- Human Resource Manager (50K-70K) (SDG-85088)
- ผู้จัดการฝ่ายทรัพยากรบุคคล- ‐ Plan and create strategies for Human Resource management, manpower including recruitment and hiring plans internal and foreign personnel.
- ‐ Interview and recruit suitable one for the position and the needs of the company.
- ‐ Set up office in Thailand and abroad. Set strategies to open the AEC market in all 10 countries (including China), including working with a consulting firm to set up human resource management strategies.
- ‐ Liaise and travel to oversea offices to take care of order according to the business plan
- ‐ Determine plans and directions of the organization, both short-term and long-term, along with the growth plan of the company and for the organization to be stable
- ‐ Determine the position, nature of work for each position and duties and responsibilities.- Set KPI to evaluate the success

‐ Set salary structure and develop welfare including various allowances of employees.
- ‐ Create a positive culture and environment within the organization. including taking care of labour relations
- ‐ Contact with a marketing consulting firm to plan and determine the direction of branding.- ‐ Other tasks assigned by the management- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 30 - 40 years old- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
- 3-5 years' experience in overall human resources in the import-export business or FMCG business
- Strong ability to start human resources management, strategies, since first step and including long-term organizational development
- Have a driver's license and able to drive
- Good command in English, written and spoken.- Creative person, up to date with news, technology and can be applied to work
- Able to work in the work from anywhere system
- Good personality, self-confident and ready to grow with the organization
- Have an understanding of the product and business model, as well as the sincere intention to work with a new set up organization
- Able to build credibility to persuade applicants to join and develop the organization

- ‐ ตั้งสำนักงานในประเทศไทยและต่างประเทศ วางกลยุทธ์การเปิดตลาด AEC ทั้ง 10 ประเทศ (รวมประเทศจีน) รวมถึงการทำงานร่วมกับบริษัทที่ปรึกษาเพื่อวางกลยุทธ์การบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคล
- ‐ ติดต่อประสานงานและเดินทางไปสำนักงานต่างประเทศเพื่อดูแลความเรียบร้อยตามแผนธุรกิจ
- ‐ กำหนดแผนและทิศทางขององค์กรทั้งระยะสั้นและระยะยาว ควบคู่ไปกับแผนการเติบโตของบริษัทและเพื่อให้องค์กรมีความมั่นคง
- ‐ กำหนดตำแหน่ง ลักษณะงานของแต่ละตำแหน่งและหน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ- กำหนด KPI เพื่อประเมินความสำเร็จ

‐ กำหนดโครงสร้างเงินเดือนและพัฒนาสวัสดิการรวมถึงเบี้ยเลี้ยงต่างๆ ของพนักงาน
- ‐ สร้างวัฒนธรรมและสภาพแวดล้อมเชิงบวกภายในองค์กร รวมถึงการดูแลด้านแรงงานสัมพันธ์
- ‐ ติดต่อกับบริษัทที่ปรึกษาด้านการตลาดเพื
