- Develop human resources strategies, policies & procedures, rules & regulations in line with company strategies, and manage activities that create or reinforce a positive employee relations atmosphere.
- Interpret the policies/strategies into practices design and lead the implementation.
- Oversee, manage and evaluate the effectiveness of the management.- Manpower planning and recruitment: establish manpower planning in line with business strategy & plan and recruit the right employee.
- Performance management assessment and training: manage performance management, talent assessment and development, succession planning, team development, high-potential development, leadership coaching, mentoring and cross-training and preparing training budget.
- Compensation and benefits programs: develop, recommend, implement and administer compensation and benefits systems and programs which support pay for performance and meet other defined objectives.
- Employee relations & communication: responsible and ensure the effectiveness of employee engagement, internal communication, company culture, company activities and other services.
Review and update organization structure and job descriptions: discuss with people concerned to obtain clarification of organization & job content. Ensure employees & data and records are kept up-to-date and confidentially.
- Ensure compliance the company’s practices in relation to human resources aspects and compliance with labor law and company rules and regulations and policies & procedures
- คุณสมบัติ
Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field
Over 10 years of experience in HR role and 5 years as a HR manager who taking care full spectrum of HR operation and strategy
Familiarity with labor legislation
Good analytical skills and open minded, People oriented is required
Good command in English is required
