Our client is a logistics service provider.
**Responsibilities**
- Developing his/her own business plan to achieve sales team and department targets.
- Running the budget and P&L of their own department with hiring, training, mentoring, and managing their team.
- Carrying out prospecting calls, cold calls, and forming a sales target.
- Representing the company in negotiating and building a relationship with customers, airlines, shipping lines, and business partners.
- Maintaining consistent positive interactions to nurture customer relationships with excellent verbal communication skills. Successfully conveying information on the company's solutions to clients and prospects.
- Providing customer support as needed, taking ownership of customer issues, and follow through till resolution.
- Having a proven record of sales success.
- Developing strong business relationships within all levels of the company and with potential and existing clients.
- Being talented with networking and relationship-building accessing referrals. Be an influencer for his/her customers.
**Qualification**
- 35-45 years old.
- Good understanding of sales concepts, methods, and techniques. Industry knowledge and minimum 3 years of experience in freight forwarding. Logistics operational knowledge is a Plus.
- Experience in Freight Forwarding and cross border logistics.
- Fluent in English (Prefer speaking Chinese)
- Self-starter, able to work independently.
- Team players can work and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
- Fluent in English (Prefer speaking Chinese).
- Applicants must be successful in time management and multitasking.
