**About the Team**:

- Service by Shopee (SBS) refers to the comprehensive suite of offerings provided by Shopee, an e-commerce platform, to enhance the experience for both sellers and buyers. Other than that it aims to empower sellers to effectively manage their online businesses and provide buyers with a seamless shopping experience, ultimately fostering trust, loyalty, and growth within the Shopee ecosystem.- Initiate acquisition strategic plan and deliver execution for seller acquisition for retail and fulfillment by Shopee
- Understand market insights to determine industry and trend
- Develop proposal to align provided services and merchants' requirement
- Build and maintain relationships with merchants
- Collaborate with cross functional team for new sellers onboarding
- Negotiate commercial deals and term of contract to maximize profitability

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 4-6 years of working experience in account management, seller acquisition, partnership relationships or purchasing
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and able to work and multitask in a fast pace environment
- Fluent in Thai and proficiency in English
- Strong connections with brands and big sellers are preferred
