- Job Summary - Purchasing Role
- 1. Procurement Strategy Development- Co-work with Director to develop and implement procurement strategies that align with organizational to ensure cost-effective and timely acquisition.
- Establish procurement policies and procedures and ensure compliance with organizational procurement strategies.
- Analyze market trends and conditions to identify potential suppliers and products.

2. Supplier Management- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, reliability and delivery capabilities.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to secure the best possible deals.
- Develop, maintain and manage strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues related to delivery, quality, or pricing.
- Find the sparing suppliers to preventive solutions

3. Contract Management- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
- Ensure all contracts comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Manage contract renewals and terminations as necessary.

4. Purchasing Operations- Oversee the purchasing process from requisition to delivery.
- Ensure that procurement activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
- Manage and coordinate the activities of the purchasing team.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.

5. Budgeting and Cost Control Management- Develop, prepare and manage the procurement budget.
- Monitor and control procurement costs to ensure budget compliance.
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and strategies.

6. Cross-functional Collaboration- Collaborate with sales, inventory control and engineer team to manage inventory levels and ensure meet delivery requirements.
- Evaluate and forecast material needs based on production schedules and inventory levels.
- Participate in product development teams to provide input on sourcing and cost considerations.

7. Compliance and Risk Management- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to procurement.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with the supply chain.
- Conduct regular audits of procurement processes to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.

8. Team Leadership and Development- Provide guidance and support to purchasing team.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.

9. Reporting and Analysis- Generate regular reports to track performance metrics and identify trends. on procurement activities, savings, and supplier performance.
- Conduct analysis of purchasing data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management.

Job Summary - Import Role
- 1. Import Operations Management- Oversee the import process from order placement to delivery.
- Ensure timely and efficient importation of goods, minimizing dela

ys and disruptions.- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics providers.

2. Compliance and Documentation- Ensure all import activities comply with local and international trade regulations.
- Examine all import documentation.
- Stay updated on changes in import regulations and communicate them to relevant stakeholders.

3. Supplier and Vendor Management- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors for imported goods.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and resolve any issues related to delivery, quality, or compliance.
- Find the sparing suppliers to preventive solutions

4. Customs Clearance- Work with customs brokers to ensure smooth customs clearance of imported goods.
- Address and resolve any issues that arise during the customs clearance process.
- Maintain accurate records of customs declarations and duties paid.

5. Logistics and Transportation- Coordinate transportation and logistics to ensure efficient delivery of imported goods.
- Monitor shipment progress and address any issues that arise during transit.
- Optimize logistics processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
