**Farang Food Paradise Co., Ltd.** is a mid-sized food import company (operating for +20 years), with branches in Phuket, Bangkok and Koh Samui. We manage a portfolio of about 1.500 products from around the world, ranging from European cheeses to Spanish dried ham, olive oil, Australian Wagyu beef and even South American nuts and seeds.

We are seeking an experienced **Purchase Manager** to join our dynamic team and take care of our local and oversees procurement process.

As a Purchase Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our procurement activities. You will ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials, goods, and services necessary for our operations. This role requires strong negotiation skills, strategic planning, and effective communication to maintain relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage procurement strategies to meet company objectives. Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish long-term partnerships. Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability. Coordinate with internal departments to understand their procurement needs and requirements. Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards. Prepare and manage budgets for procurement activities. Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness. Resolve any issues or discrepancies with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, contracts, and supplier performance.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as a Purchase Manager or in a similar procurement role. Strong negotiation and contract management skills. Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities. Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Knowledge of market research, data analysis, and purchasing best practices.
