Senior Sales Executive

Position Summary
Jobholder is responsible to achieve the sales and income targets by identifying own sales pipeline and qualifying opportunities for the range of food ingredients sold and assigned by the Company.
**Responsibilities**:
- Searching for new and prospect customers who could benefit from the company products.
- Establishing new and maintaining existing relationship with customers.
- Persuading prospect customers that company products will best satisfy their needs.
- Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions.
- Offering after-sales support services.
- Recording and maintaining customer data and sales activities on CRM system.
- Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet customer needs.
- Strive to meet monthly and yearly sales target.
- Fully adhere to company regulations, code of conduct and policy, and any other tasks as instructed by Department Manager.
Required qualifications
- A university degree in Food Science & Technology or other Science related courses.
- Minimum of [3] years of related experience or training in food industry.
- Good business sense.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skill.
