- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
- Collaborate with senior management to set sales goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing manager to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Lead the sales and reception team in acquiring new clients through direct sales, partnerships, and collaborations and promotions
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and training to the sales and reception team, ensuring they are equipped with the skills to meet objectives.
- Monitor individual and team performance and provide constructive feedback and optimize strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Design and implement CRM strategies to build long-term customer relationships, enhance customer retention, and increase customer lifetime value.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct regular analysis of customer feedback, market trends, and competitive activities to identify opportunities for improving customer experience and engagement.
- Utilize CRM data to segment customers, analyze purchasing behaviors, and develop personalized marketing communications.
- Work closely with Marketing team to ensure a unified approach to marketing and customer engagement.
