Thailand Sales Account Manager

**Position Summary**:The position is customer focal in Thailand with end to end ownership on Mitsubishi, driving company sales activities, building long lasting & mutually beneficial relationships with OEM customers, maximizing the company's operating performance such as on time delivery, quality and cost, collaborating with related customer team, China HR, China FIN, Swissco, and each production plant.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Customer P&L & Strategy
- Meet challenging financial targets and manage P&L of the accounts.
- Responsible for strategy development of MMTH, management of launches/delivery risks, cost management and handling customer surveys in day-to-day operation.
- Drive customer satisfaction: quality, delivery, technology deployment, pricing strategy.
- Communicate precisely and objectively with functional stakeholders and other business teams to get their support in meeting your objectives, standardize processes and best practices sharing.
2. Management of Cross Functional Team Collaboration
- Manage each project to launch, following the Product Excellence Process to meet cost and budget targets. Organize prompt resolution of field problems and warranty issues.
- Report Team activities and action plans monthly, as well as key issues each week.
- Remove barriers to performance by implementing robust management processes, tools and resources.
3. Drive excellence in 3PL customer service with high quality, on-time delivery, technology deployment, pricing strategy, promoting customer satisfaction.
**Education and Qualification**:
1. University degree economics, MBA a plus
2. Engineering degree would be a plus
3. Fluent speaker of local Thai language. Business English communication skills is a must
**Experience**:
More than 3 years of proven working experience as an automotive business area manager, sales executive or a relevant role in automotive industry.
