2. Providing excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving complaints, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

3. Gathering and documenting customer information, concerns, and requests accurately and efficiently.

4. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the client's products, services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.

5. Adhering to established customer service protocols, scripts, and quality standards set by the BPO company and its clients.

6. Ensuring compliance with data privacy and security regulations when handling customer information.

7. Meeting performance targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as call handling time, first-call resolution rate, customer satisfaction scores, and adherence to schedules.

9. Updating customer account records and databases with relevant information and call dispositions.

10. Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

**Salary**: ฿20,000.00 - ฿22,000.00 per month
