**Your Role**
As a Product Manager in Atlas Copco Southeast Asia, your primary responsibility will be to manage the entire product lifecycle of assigned tools, quality assurance, data analytics, and automation solution. You will play a crucial role in developing and executing product strategies together with Business Line Manager, driving innovation, and ensuring the successful launch and ongoing support of products in the market

**To succeed, you will need**
- Providing day-to-day technical support to the sales team and customers
- Coordination, preparation, and presentation of product training courses and seminars to the
sales team and customers
- Market product analysis: including competition, market potential, pricing, etc.
- Prepare sales support material and presentations both in English and Thai
- Extensive Interaction with Product companies in Sweden, Italy, Germany, and China, getting
- Intensify information exchange with other customer centers about technical solutions
developed with Atlas Copco global customers
- Drive to launch new products and training
- Management of demonstration stock and marketing materials
- Report timely and accurately
- Continuously improve job-required competence, personality, and behavior
- Cooperate with service and marketing to achieve customer satisfaction
- A fair amount of traveling within the region will be necessary
Experience requirements
- Excellent and proven product management from similar positions
- Working experience in high-tech companies and understanding value-added products
- an excellent understanding of product management and planning relative to the achievement of project targets
- Manufacturing or Automation experience
- Experience in the Automotive industry is a plus
- Previous product launching and support experience
- Software-related working experience, how to transform customer equipment
Knowledge & Skills
- Effective capability with a laptop computer and Microsoft Office
- Financial Management Skills
- Leadership skills
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Able to identify alternatives to current thinking; ability to develop and implement innovative solutions to problems
- Have a good command of written and spoken English - Good presentation skills and communication skills - Mechanical or electrical knowledge
- Must speak in Thai
- Foreign languages capability is +
Educational requirements
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical / Electrical) or marketing or equivalent experience in the Industry.
