Could you be the full-time** Sale Manager in Bangkok, Thailand** we’re looking for?
**Your future role**
You'll be the person the team turns to for momentum and to push sales forward. No two days are the same, but day-to-day, you will lead the sales & tender process for dedicated opportunities in Thailand, identifying business opportunities and carrying out customer acquisition activities. You’ll specifically take care of developing our business by winning new customers and nurture the existing ones.
**We’ll look to you for**
- Establish and maintain a solid customer relationship (working & management level) with a dedicated well known client’s group of Thailand.
- Establish, maintain & develop technical knowledge of ALSTOM and competitor’s Turnkey / Mainline / Urban transport products.
- Develop the capture plan & winning strategy together with the bid team for opportunities within an expected annual significant three-digit million Euro market value.
- Evaluate and analyze key trends impacting business (eg digitalization) in very close collaboration with respective product platforms, derive implications for current and potential strategies and develop those to gain market share.
- Create and establish a foundation to provide management with a constant pulse on industry trends and issues important to the business.
- Lead a cross-functional multicultural team, incl. marketing, sales and bid management in all aspects of project identification, development, selection, bidding, negotiating and closing.
- Support of project core team during execution phase.
- Represent Alstom at dedicated events such as AP Rail.
