**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients with a focus on (but not limited to) enterprise and SMB prospects
- Manage the end-to-end sales process from prospecting, discovery, demo, and negotiation to closing
- Propose outbound sales strategies to generate new leads
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales targets
- Provide accurate sales pipeline forecasts and sales reports to the management
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients
- Track all sales data and activities in CRM
- Stay on top of industry trends and the competitive landscape
- Partner with Marketing to drive cross-functional, cross-channel marketing efforts to meet the growth objectives
- Share customers’ feedback with the Product team to ensure Taskworld’s roadmap remains aligned with market needs

**Requirements**:

- Solid sales experience, preferably in SaaS businesses
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience selling to VP/C-Level leaders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in **English and Japanese/Korean.**:

- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients
- Ability to work well under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using CRM software
- Familiarity with project management and collaboration practices like GTD, Scrum, Agile, Etc.
