We are looking for an experienced, solution-oriented and highly pro-active individual with very strong communication skills to follow and expand our commercial activities in Thailand and South East Asia.

This is an active and engaging role and requires flexibility and open-mindedness. You will be working alongside a strong sales team and lead by example in strategy implementation and successful sale negotiations.

**Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Create and implement sales strategy for the area under responsibility for both goods and services under Geoclima group;
- Develop and enact a marketing strategy to market the product within the Thai market and neighboring countries;
- Maintain and expand the company’s sales network in Thailand and South East Asia;
- Research and develop the introduction of the products and services in new markets;
- Create, manage and supervise the service and maintenance commercial activities, including pricing, customer interaction, logistics arrangement;
- Reach the sales objectives that have been set for the relevant area under responsibility by individuating market opportunities and a careful planning and analysis of the commercial activities;
- Promote activities set to formulate a preliminary sales contract with potential customers, develop sales discussions, create sales offers and quotations, sales contracts and negotiate the best sales conditions;
- Provide engineering and technical support where required to sales team, other internal departments where required;
- Implement pricing strategies and guidelines for new products and local specialized offers for goods and services;
- Create and manage service contracts, maintaining the service relationship with customers and liaise on behalf of the company;
- Collect data about on-site product performance when required;
- Provides budgetary estimates for maintenance and service contracts;
- Provides training internally and to customers for after-sales and service.
- Manage the relationship with other business sectors and maintain the relationship with all customers (current and potential);
- Receive any communication/claim from the customer and communicate it internally to promote a prompt and quick solution to the issue;
- Operate under the directives, plans and strategies for the sales and marketing of the product as provided by Management;
- Be aware of the mission and objectives of the company and continuously work to achieve set targets;
- Produce periodic analysis and report of the sales and market trends and progresses.

**Salary**: ฿60,000.00 - ฿120,000.00 per month

We have Covid-procedures in place for each department, for visitors and for handling a positive Covid-case if found on plant premises or notified by staff.
