- Senior Human Resources and Personal Assistant (Chinese Speaking) (32K-38K) (SDG-105048)
- เจ้าหน้าที่อาวุโสฝ่ายทรัพยากรบุคคลและผู้ช่วยส่วนตัว (ภาษาจีน)-
- HR task 50%, Personal assistant 50%
- Assist HR Manager and work closely with A team of HR Headquarter, and Administrators to Ensure all HR operational and transactional activities are executed timely.
- Responsibilities In the recruitment process since job posting and interview process.
- Facilitate welfare of employees and activities.
- Responsibilities for preparing Training Process (both internal & external) and summit all related training courses to the company & government.
- Responsibilities In built up the good relation between Staff and Company and communicating and joining with the Company activities.
- Responsibilities In admin such as Monitor maids and drivers for completing their routine tasks, purchasing office supply, and recording In stock.
- knowledge In visa & work permit processing and documentation will be A plus.
- Provide Support to Director as the go-to person for all needs.
- Handle superior travel arrangement such as hotel & flight booking, arrange for airport transfer.- งานทรัพยากรบุคคล 50%, ผู้ช่วยส่วนตัว 50%
- ช่วยเหลือผู้จัดการฝ่ายทรัพยากรบุคคลและทำงานอย่างใกล้ชิดกับทีมงานของสำนักงานใหญ่ฝ่ายทรัพยากรบุคคลและผู้ดูแลระบบเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่ากิจกรรมการปฏิบัติงานและธุรกรรมด้านทรัพยากรบุคคลทั้งหมดได้รับการดำเนินการอย่างทันท่วงที
- ความรับผิดชอบ ในกระบวนการสรรหาบุคลากรตั้งแต่ประกาศรับสมัครงานและสัมภาษณ์งาน
- อำนวยความสะดวกด้านสวัสดิการของพนักงานและกิจกรรมต่างๆ
- ความรับผิดชอบในการเตรียมกระบวนการฝึกอบรม (ทั้งภายในและภายนอก) และนำเสนอหลักสูตรการฝึกอบรมที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งหมดให้กับบริษัทและภาครัฐ
- ความรับผิดชอบ ในการสร้างความสัมพันธ์อันดีระหว่างพนักงานและบริษัท ตลอดจนติดต่อสื่อสารและเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมต่างๆ ของบริษัท
- ความรับผิดชอบในผู้ดูแลระบบ เช่น ตรวจสอบแม่บ้านและพนักงานขับรถเพื่อทำงานประจำให้เสร็จสิ้น การจัดซื้ออุปกรณ์สำนักงาน และการบันทึกในสต็อก
- มีความรู้ด้านวีซ่าและใบอนุญาตทำงานและเอกสารจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- ให้การสนับสนุนผู้อำนวยการในฐานะบุคคลที่ต้องการสำหรับทุกความต้องการ
- จัดการการเดินทางที่เหนือกว่า เช่น การจองโรงแรมและเที่ยวบิน จัดบริการรับส่งสนามบิน
- Thai nationality, Female, age 25 - 35 years old- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor’s degree in Faculty Humanities. /Business Administration (Knowledge for Labour Laws of Thailand)
- Experienced 3-4 years in HR field.
- knowledge In visa & work permit processing
- Proficient In MS-office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Good command In English (Communication with global group Company and documents)
- Conversational High Level (HSK4-5) (Communication with Chinese report line)- Preferably with working Experience and knowledge In global logistics.
- Pleasant personality, Service-orient minded and Self-motivated.
