**Position**:Senior Human Resource Officer
**Type of hiring**:Permanent
**Report To**:Human Resource Manager
**Location**: Bangkok, Near MRT: Lumpini Station
**Job Purpose**:
- To provide HR services which ensure that internal staff and contractor staff are equipped with best practices to foster a high-performance culture.
**Job Scope**:
- To provide HR services to internal staff and contractor staff.
- To provide support to the Human Resource Manager in all functions related to the group of companies and project management.
**Key Accountabilities**:
- Draft, prepare and handle all initial, extension, amendment, completion, termination, and all related documents related to contractors.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, government regulations, and company policy / procedure.
- Assist Human Resource Manager in developing, and implementing training and development programs to ensure internal employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Maintain training records, training Matrix and register training records to the system of the Department of Skill Development for internal staff.
- Develop and deliver high quality, accurate content with easy-to-understand materials and infographics of relevant employee communication and running engagement programs / activities.
- Support the organization of new employee orientation, on-boarding arrangement.
- Administration for Accident Insurance, Health insurance and other insurance related and maintain record properly for internal staff.
- Follow up the broker, insurer or relevant hospital on claims which are not processed within agreed timelines.
- Arrange pre-medical check-up, annual check-up, and criminal record (if required) to comply with Company Handbook and Law for internal staff.
- Maintain record of annual leave, sick leave, business leave and other leaves for internal staff.
- Keep Group of companies Organization Chart up to date.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by Human Resource Manager.
**Performance Goals**:
- Deal with internal staff, contractor staff, and other departments professionally and with empathy.
- To make sure all HR and administration operations run smoothly and efficiently.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in any related field.
- Minimum 5 - 10 years of working experience in HR experience.
- Knowledge of Labour Law would be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledgeable in all Human Resource functions.
- Ability to deal sensitively with confidential matters.
- Able to Multi-task and to work under pressure.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Thai.
- Computer literate and familiar with MS 365 programs and systems.
