Key Responsibility.
Work alongside Trade Plan team to understand the thematic of Trade Program for SIS, CPFM (TAB/Triweek, Weekly, Festive Adhoc).
Propose on communication thematic while align the trade campaign and communicate to relevant participants including Brand Communication Team (Creative/ In Store POSM/ Digital Marketing) and Operation SIS, CPFM to execute 360 Communication Plan.
Co-Work with CPF Marketing to get existing material e.g. Brand Guideline, illustration including NPD, special aggressive item.
Ensure that the briefs, Value, Weekly Promotions and Brand campaigns for communication work are clear, robust, rooted in customer insight, a true translation of the key customer propositions and of exceptional quality.
Ensure that I get the very best out of all communication agencies I work with, manage briefing/creative judgement, feedback process and production processes.
Ensure clear KPI's to track performance of Communication assets/campaigns and ability to take in flight action based on this tracking to improve performance of assets where required.
Manage the budget and forecasting of all communications assets production & ongoing commitment to efficiencies where applicable.
Work alongside Media Planning team to determine best channel plans and proportionate media spends to support campaign briefs.
Keep abreast of external shifts and innovations in the market that can be applied to communications delivery/development.
Follow our Business Code of Conduct and always act with integrity and due diligence.
Other assignments as deem appropriate.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree.
Experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Media Planning.
Experience across online / offline channels / agency management.
