Function: Supply Chain- Location: Bangkok, 24, TH- Work Arrangement: On-site**THE ROLE**

This role has main responsibilities for managing and controlling overall operational excellence in Import and export customs clearance and freight booking for all inbound and outbound shipments as well as all customs activities related to 29Bis process. Managing, coaching and developing a high performing team that meets agreed objectives and delivers best practice results, added value and continuous improvements.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage overall operation in Import, Export, Custom Clearance and 29Bis process.
- Manage and Deliver export and import cost efficiency for business.
- Manage customs brokers on import and 29Bis process.
- Manage Export 3rd Party Service Provider, export and import shipment booking on time, Export document. preparation and vessel booking process to meet business requirement.
- Develop transportation metrics, Select for the best option on carriers/services providers for day to day operations.
- Review impact of logistics changes, such as customs regulation, routing, shipping modes, and report results to others.
- Ensure of compliance with imports/customs regulations and legal requirements, including keep update on changes of the regulatory.
- Provide solution to the team and related parties to support and meet customs requirements/issues.
- Maintain a good relationship with Customs Officials and deal with Customs authority on Customs matter/issues.
- Prepare for Transportation and clearance readiness of new products/new markets per initiative requirement.
- Manage and develop Transportation and Customs team Capability.
- Lead vision, strategy, policies, master plan.
- Setup department’s KPIs, and review process to monitor and improve the KPI results with team.
- Develop or improve work processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- At least Bachelor’s degree Graduate in any field, Engineer or logistics related as a plus.
- Strong Logical Analytical, Problem solving, Interpersonal Relation, Communication Skill.
- Effective Communication in English Verbally and Written, Computer skill Window, MS office. Other analytical software as a plus.
- Experiences in import/Export operations/custom clearance and 29Bis process, plus FMCG Business is a good advantage.
- Strong Team management, People management and leadership skill.
