**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies that support overall business goals and objectives
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
- Manage a team of sales professionals, providing leadership, guidance, and support
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and IT, to ensure alignment and execution of sales initiatives
- Analyze and report on sales metrics to measure the effectiveness of sales initiatives and identify opportunities for optimization
- Stay up-to-date on emerging market trends and technologies and recommend new ideas and innovations to improve sales effectiveness

**Experience requirements**:

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth in a competitive market
- Strong knowledge of ERP solutions and related technologies
- Experience managing a team of sales professionals and providing leadership and guidance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Fluent in Thai and English
